The Masters Competitive program is designed for experienced rowers who are comfortable and competent to train independently, but interested in receiving a limited amount of coaching. Athletes may train upwards of 6 times per week and compete regularly throughout the summer and fall at various local and national regattas.
Participants are required to have a high fitness level and previous competitive rowing experience. They should be in the Training to Compete, Competitive for Life, or Active for Life stage of the Long Term Athlete Development.
Training Sessions (Spring & Summer 2018):
Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 5:30 – 7:00 am
Saturday: 8:00 – 9:30 am
