With the recent warm weather, the water temperature on the Red River finally surpassed the 10°C threshold over the weekend and we are now officially into the Safety Boat Rowing zone of our Rowing Zone Safety Grid. Members are reminded to keep an eye out for floating debris, deadheads, and to be especially vigilant around the Redboine marina as they have not yet installed their docks for the season, and have several piers that are partially submerged, which pose a significant risk of damage to the club’s shells.
