Please be advised that the water temperature is now 12 degrees and as such WRC is now under cold water safety boat rowing. This means that rowing boats are still allowed on the water, subject to the coach’s discretion. However, all shells are to remain within sight of a safety boat at all times but are permitted to travel away form WRC’s docks. All shells must carry a PFD/crew member. It is the rower’s responsibility to ensure s/he is within proper distance of the safety boat.
In an effort to facilitate the continued rowing and training of our members the WRC will endeavor to have safety boats on the water as needed. More details will be provided as soon as possible.
