The annual Community Rowing Challenge Championship Regatta took place at the Winnipeg Rowing Club Saturday, September 7. With a slightly different format this year, each team earned points by completing three events; a time trial, skills competition and head to head race. National Leasing’s “Lease Lightning” crew of Shawn Gagnon, Justin Rowan, Anick, and Tyrone Nakagawa, coached by Hanika Nakagawa, were overall winners after earning tops points in each of the three rowing events.
