Winnipeg rower’s Paul Thiessen and Marianne Bergmann started racing early this year at the RCA 2013 Spring Trials – West. With a strong start to their season, Marianne finished 3rd in the Women’s 1x event, and Paul 4th in the Men’s 1x. Both WRC athletes are currently training in Burnaby, BC at Rowing Canada’s National Development Center.
