Rowing Canada Aviron has announced its team for the 2012 Samsung World Rowing Cup in Lucerne, Switzerland – May 25 to 27, 2012 – which includes three Winnipeg rowers.
Janine Hanson is in the woman’s 8+, Kevin Kowalyk is in the men’s 2X and Morgan Jarvis is in the Light Men’s 2X.
“We have gone through a rigorous selection process and I’m very excited to see what this team can do on the world stage in Lucerne later this month,” said Peter Cookson, Rowing Canada Aviron High Performance Director.
