Fall Boot Camps Starting at WRC

SureFire Fitness is running group training sessions at the WRC starting October 20 on Tuesday & Thursday evenings at 7:30 pm. Build a stronger and healthier you – improve your core strength, endurance, balance, power, flexibility, speed & agility.  To register email Kate @ kate@surefirefitness.ca.  Rowers and non-rowers are all welcome to join.
