Winnipeg Rifles Team RamRod took home the 2009 Community Rowing Challenge title after beating team Rowed Warriors and defending champs JRI in the A final. The annual regatta took place on the Red River on Saturday, August 29th. After an eight week learn to row course teams took part in some friendly competition, racing 500 meters to determine the CRC championship crew. Congratulations to all teams, and a special thanks to Kellie and Ryan for organizing this year’s event.
