Congratulations to Juliana Vipond on receiving the 2009 Jeff Collins Winnipeg Female Coach bursary. Juliana heads the Winnipeg Rowing Club’s junior program, as well as oversees the high school program and coaches the Manitoba rowing team heading to Canada Games in PEI later this summer. She is currently completing her level three NCCP certification. Juliana will be entering her fourth year of the Bachelor of Kinesiology program at the U of M this fall.
